BULKING

Image result for what is bulking picturefitWHAT IS BULKING?

The cause of bulking is pretty simple just to eat more calories than your maintenance calories overtime giving that calories you consuming contains sufficient protein and you train frequently. You add on more muscle and consequently add on more pounds.

EXAMPLE :-

Image result for what is bulking picturefitJust look building as building a pyramid. The pyramid will represent your muscle and builder will represent your training. In order to builder have to build the pyramid. He must give the bricks in the form of proteins. The more bricks he give the bigger he build the pyramid. Of course you gonna have to pay him and also give him shelter so you supply with enough incentive in the form of macros (crabs and fats). You can tell him to build faster by training more frequently and intensely. Giving him extra bricks doesn't mean he is going to build pyramid any quicker.

Image result for TDEE picturefitIt’s also easier for builder to place bricks at the beginning of the construction and becomes increasingly harder the taller the pyramid becomes. Same goes for building muscles where it’s easier to put on muscle in the beginning as he come closer to growth potential ceiling the more difficult it is to put on new muscle. So by the look of it eating more will build you mass but only to certain extent and that’s where bulkers make the crucial mistake of not monitoring their calories. They wants to get as big as they can but they over eat and the food stores as fat rather than use for building muscle. It’s widely believe that perhaps your body only synthesis about 0.25 to 5 pounds muscle per a week.
In calorie terms you have to eat above your maintenance calories or Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE).
At a half pound of muscle per a week that’s roughly 250 calories above your TDEE per day. Unfortunately that’s not what many bulkers do that number might close to 2500 calories rather than 250 calories and of course that means they stores a lot of fat.
Bulking does work but it’s important to not overdo it. Be safe and go for 500 to 750 calories more than your TDEE. This should be just about right to do the trick of bulking and also make sure that bulk added calories comes mainly in the form of protein. This ensures that you are taking enough nutrition to reach maximum muscle building potential as well as avoid fats away. But to be real there is still guaranteed chance that you store some fat away but it’s better than storing way too much fat away in a large and unmonitored bulk.
Make sure you hitting the gym enough to burn those extra added calories.

WHICH IS THE MOST DANGEROUS SPORTS IN THE WORLD

Image result for WHICH IS THE MOST DANGEROUS SPORTS IN THE WORLD asapImage result for WHICH IS THE MOST DANGEROUS SPORTS IN THE WORLD asapHumans have been playing sports for thousands of years, with injuries and sometimes even death being expected. But when we look at the physical consequences modern athletes endure, which is the most dangerous sports in the world?

  • INJURIES

If we simply look at who gets injured the most often, US hospital data- collected by the CPSC in 2k17- found that males, football and soccer cause a significant proportion of injuries, while women, soccer and baseball almost top the list. But the number one sport for both sexes was basketball, with almost 200,000 injuries for men and 35,000 injuries for women.

A studies of injuries among NBA athletes over a 17 year period found that laterImage result for WHICH IS THE MOST DANGEROUS SPORTS IN THE WORLD asapal ankle sprains were the most common, while a separate study found that those who wore shoes with air cells in the heel were 4.3 times more likely to injure their ankle- so you might want to ditch your Nike airs. But minor injuries can happen for any sport and hardly deserve the title of most dangerous; take curling for example, which has a higher injury rate then speed skating and luge. Or snowboarding, where 8% of injuries take place when loading or unloading off the ski lift- as that lifts are actually designed for skiers.
Luge, which involves riding a sled laying on your back at speeds up to 150 km/h will put you at a 40% risk of injury, however only 4% of those injuries result in missing more than one day of practice.
So what about death?

  • SPORTS FATALITIES

In terms of fatalities, a report by the National Centre for Catastrophic Sport Injury Research found that between 1982 and 2017, the most fatalities in high school sports came from football, with 133 deaths. However, that rate is 0.39 per every 100,000 individuals, given that football is the most popular American sport. Regardless, sports like football and hockey often rank as some of the most dangerous sports because of constant collision and hits at top speeds, leading to a variety of injuries including concussions.

  • CONCUSSIONS

In fact, autopsies of many former athletes have revealed that they had chronic traumatic encephalopathy or CTE; a disease that people with multiple head injuries can get. It leads to weakness in the lower limbs, hesitancy of speech, unsteadiness, mood problems and difficulty thinking.
These are the result of brain atrophy and deposits of protein in the brain. And brain injuries are actually the leading cause of death from sports.

  • MOST DANGEROUS

This leads us to the actual most dangerous sport, which when considering all factors, turns out to be a combat sport.

MMA VS BOXING

Image result for WHICH IS THE MOST DANGEROUS SPORTS IN THE WORLD asapAnd while you might be thinking of MMA, it turns out that boxing is actually the most dangerous. The University of Alberta, using medical data after matches, found that although 60% of MMA fighters sustained injuries vs 50% of boxers, MMA injuries were less severe. 7% of boxers had either loss of consciousness or suffered serious eye injury during fights, compared to only 4% of MMA fighters. The study attributes this to MMA style fighting which involves hitting various areas of the body whereas boxing focuses on the head.

BOXING VS FOOTBALL

And boxers seem to present worse symptoms of CTE than even athletes in football. This is likely because of the rotational force of hook punches, compared to the linear force in football, which may make the brain trauma worse. At the end of the day, a punch to the head during a boxing match can range anywhere from 650-1100 pounds of force making boxing arguably the most dangerous sport in world.
